Lab Assistant

Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for a Lab Assistant to join our client’s New Product Development Lab based in Brandon.

Location: Brandon
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00–4:00 or 8:30–4:30
Contract Type: Temporary but may lead to a Permanent position for the right individual. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and preparing instruments ready for use

• Assisting with making samples

• Supporting work within the lab

• Working to the highest standards of safety, health, and hygiene

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and results obtained

• Taking on additional responsibilities as you progress in the role

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is keen to learn and develop

• Has good listening and communication skills

• Is punctual and reliable

• Has an interest in product development

Requirements:

• Must have own transport or be able to commute reliably to Brandon
