Weekend Warehouse Operatives – Norwich

Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting for Weekend Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced warehouse environment just outside Norwich.

Shift

• Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 – 14:00
• £12.71 per hour
• Weekend work only once fully trained
• Successful candidates must be available to complete 5 days of training, Monday to Friday, before being placed on the weekend shift
• Own transport is essential

Duties

• Pick customer orders, including product identification and pallet building, in line with company processes.
• Dispatch outgoing orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all procedures and disciplines are followed.
• Receive stock from packing and check the quality and accuracy of labelling.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Reliable and committed to weekend working.
• Own transport is essential.
• Must be available for 5 days of weekday training, Monday to Friday, before commencing the weekend shift.
