Forklift Drivers – AM, PM & NIGHT SHIFT Rotation

 Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple Forklift and Bagging Operatives to join their team based in Cantley, Norwich.

• Job Title: Forklift and Bagging Operative
• Location: Cantley, Norwich
• Pay Rate: £15.42 per hour & Overtime: £30.00 per hour (after 40 hours/week)
• Shifts: 3-shift rotation (Days, Afternoons, Nights – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the running of the bagging production lines

• Move stock around the warehouse using a Counterbalance Forklift

• Carry out quality checks on packaged goods to ensure no damage

• Operate an electronic stock control system

• Perform general warehouse and factory duties – including line work

• Manual handling and physical labour are part of the role

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (essential)

• Must be able to work all 3 shifts: Days, Afternoons, and Nights

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is desirable

• Must be comfortable with physical/manual work

• A driving license and own transport are preferred due to the site’s location

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating weekly:

  • Day Shift

  • Afternoon Shift

  • Night Shift

• Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
