Packing Operative

Straight Forward Recruitment are currently seeking reliable and motivated Packing Operatives to join our client’s busy flower bulb production facility based in the NR10 area.

Packing Operatives – NR10 Area
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling and preparing boxes and packaging materials

• Labelling and sealing boxes accurately

• Packing flower bulbs into boxes with care and attention to detail

• Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation

• Stacking and organising boxes on pallets

• Working efficiently as part of a production line team

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliability and punctuality
