Process Operatives Wanted – Brandon

Straight Forward Recruitment are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and professional team at a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Brandon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production environment and play an important role in manufacturing high-quality cosmetic products.

Shift Available

• Nights: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

Pay Rate

• £13.50 per hour

The Role

As a Process Operative, you will be involved in the production of cosmetic products, following set recipes, procedures and quality standards to ensure every batch is manufactured safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed manufacturing recipes and production procedures
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations
• Follow all health, safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or a process-based environment is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Good reading, writing and basic numeracy skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and committed to your role
